It corrupts
This is no natural tempest. Its red clouds weep caustic blood rain and summon chitinous horrors that reality itself rejects, twisting the flora and beasts into ravenous abominations.

In the shadow of a petrified goddess and under skies weeping red, mortals rise to defy their own fate. Follow the storm.
In-engine preview
An Arcanist calls the red rain down on a field fight, captured straight from the game as it runs today.
The world
At the heart of the realm stands the Stone Sovereign: a colossal, miles-high petrified statue of the goddess who first gifted mortals the spark of ambition—the burning desire to explore beyond the horizon, challenge tyrants, and never bow to destiny. Envious of mortal audacity, the other gods chained her into stone, turning her colossal form into a monumental vertical labyrinth sealed by six divine locks.
For generations, civilizations flourished in her shadow, taking pride in their mortal defiance. But peace has shattered. From beyond the rim of the stars, the Crimson Storm has broken through the firmament: a reality-bending tempest of scarlet lightning, corrosive blood rain, and ravenous chitinous aberrations that corrupt both beast and stone.
With the heavens indifferent and the tempest expanding, humanity cannot wait for salvation. Warriors, arcanists, and wanderers from every guild gather at the foot of the Colossus. To survive, they must brave the bleeding lands outside—and dare to ascend the sovereign’s perilous interior to shatter the chains that hold adventure itself captive.
"The gods punished her for giving us ambition. Now only that ambition can save our world from the bleeding sky."
The Crimson Storm
This is no natural tempest. Its red clouds weep caustic blood rain and summon chitinous horrors that reality itself rejects, twisting the flora and beasts into ravenous abominations.
Where the red lightning strikes, the ancient planar foundations fracture. The divine seals upon the Colossus tremble, opening forbidden vaults and treacherous forgotten paths.
From the storm's heart fall crystalline shards of pure cosmic energy. Adventurers risk life and mind to harvest them, forging relics powerful enough to pierce alien carapaces and sever divine chains.
Peoples
In the sprawling shadow of the Colossus, knightly orders, mercenary bands, and free guildhouses train night and day to hold the defensive perimeter against the encroaching red mist.
Rangers, druids, and barbarian clans of the untamed frontiers who track the aberrant beasts through corrupted canopies, guarding the ancient roots of the continent.
Miners, inventors, and rune-smiths entrenched in the mountain halls, smelting fallen storm shards into explosive firearms, mechanical armor, and enchanted steel.
Scouts, corsairs, and rogue wanderers navigating the perilous outskirts, mapping shifts in the storm road and uncovering relics left by those who fell before.
Classes
Every hero sets out as a wanderer with a walking stick and little else. Once you have found your feet you choose a class, and each class branches again as you grow.
Magic · Damage / Stormglass Scholar
Scholars who read stormglass like a book, and write back in lightning. Arcanists bend the storm's own power into spells: fragile up close, devastating from afar.
Weapon Stormglass focus
Melee · Damage / Highland Fury
Highland fury that grows stronger the worse the weather gets. When the storm breaks overhead, a Barbarian's rage breaks with it, and very little stands in the way.
